Step 1: Press the Windows + R keys together to launch the Run dialogue box. Enter the search field using the Control Panel.
Step 2: Select Control Panel display devices and printers.
Step 3: Next to the printer selection.
Step-4: Choose the printer from the list and then click Next.

Step 1: To launch System Preferences by clicking the Apple icon.
Step 2: Choose from the drop-down menu printers & scanners.
Step 3: Select the symbol Plus (+) thereafter.
Step 4: Click the IP icon at the top of your new window and type in the information you want.
Step 5: To add a printer, click the Add button.

Step 1: Go in step one to Google Cloud Print.
